I PB'd my 5k and lost 30lbs!

Lee came up with a new training program and diet guidelines for me that lead to me achieving 100% of my short-term goals. I achieved a PR of over 6 minutes on my 10k, 4 minutes on my 5k and 1 minute on my mile run while also losing close to 30 lbs. I completed the whole training program with no injuries and feeling great the whole way through. I could not be more thrilled about the progress that I made when working with Lee! Thank you Lee!
