About the Event

During this workshop we'll look at how the biomechanics of running link to requirements for adequate range of motion and strength. We'll then progress onto assessing if you have the adequate range of motion and strength to run efficiently. Finally, we'll look at recovery and restoration techniques to further bulletproof your body and minimise the risk of injury.
