Running does not make you strong. You need to be strong to run. Whether it be for injuyry prevention or increased peformance and speed, strength work is vital. Resistance bands and bodyweight exercises will only take you so far. You need to add external load with dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells. The advanced strength workshop will cover techniques used for some of the best strength movements specific for runners as well as ideas and strategies on how to add them into your training program.
The workshop will suit all abilities of runner, no matter what distance you cover. Everyone will benefit from the information contained within.
As part of your attendance you will receive an electronic copy of the resources used within the workshop including video links to all exercises and assessments covered.
