About the Event
Agility, balance and coordination (ABCs) are fundamental to running technique and thus performance. We can develop these attributes through jumping, throwing, footwork, change of direction drills and acceleration drills. These skills are aimed at improving general athleticism which gives you a solid foundation to build specific run performance on top.
In this workshop we will look at assessing your speed and agility before going through practical strategies and drills to enhance movement and thus performance. The workshop will suit all abilities of runner, no matter what distance you cover. Everyone will benefit from the information contained within.
