Exactly What You Get

With my 1 to 1 online coaching packages, your first step will be a comprehensive movement screen and 'all about you' discussion. This will give me the information to be able to understand you, your goals, your motivations and how you move. From there I will produce a bespoke run program, carefully coupled with dedicated prehab exercises and strength sessions designed to help you get out of pain and run better than ever before.

Your training will be designed around your lifestyle, time constraints and available equipment/training areas to get the best possible results without making training feel like a chore.

All of your sessions will be delivered through a dedicated app including comprehensive video demonstrations of exercises, exact pacings based on the intended stimulus of the run session and easy sync to your GPS device or Strava to make it simple to upload your sessions for me to review.


You'll receive expert coaching from someone who has been running competitively since the age of 7. I will be there to guide you every step of the way, regularly reviewing progress and reassessing movement and fitness to ensure you're constantly getting the best possible programming.


You will also get weekly individual reviews with me and phone calls every fortnight and a monthly video check-in. This means you are held accountable directly to me to ensure you get the results you deserve. It also means your program is reviewed weekly based on feedback and performance to allow your training to be as concise and effective as possible.

Resilient Runners

Inside our private members group you will join over 150 other runners who have worked with me to overcome pain and get back to enjoying running. You can share race stories, kit reviews and access extra educational videos.

There will also be regular live Q&As, topic discussions and social runs each month to meet face to face with me and tap into even more knowledge.
